Told from multiple character perspectives, Sarah J Maas' A Court of Frost and Starlight is a novella which bridges the gap between ACOTAR and future books in the series.
What I like ✅ Maas' writing style has improved ✅ an engaging emotional core ✅ Nessa is seriously my heart is hurting right now
What I didn't like ✖ not a lot happens plot-wise ✖ lack of distinction between the different character's voices in their chapters ✖ Moments between Rhys and Cassian read as if they're actually two teenage girls, not centuries-old male fae ✖ so much fan service ✖ put your pants back on, people Rating 2/5 🌟 Verdict
Fans of the series will like it but may be disappointed with the lack of plot
